After the intake, our designers will get to work to design a stand for you.<\/p>

When the design is ready, we first check whether the design meets the requirements and wishes we received from you during the intake.<\/p>

You will then receive the design from us, and you can give your feedback.<\/p>

Once you have the files ready, you can upload them via https:\/\/beurswand.wetransfer.com\/. We then carry out a one-time review of the files. And provide you with the feedback to correct the files. If additional review rounds are required, we will charge you for them. <\/p>

As soon as we have the files ready, we will send them to you for review. We’d love to hear what you think, and any feedback is welcome. If necessary, we adjust the files. <\/p>

At least 10 working days before the fair, we must have approved all files, so that we can order and check them.
