1. Choosing setup

2. Book a box/cart
Select the rental period and the services you want to purchase

3. Cloth printing
NO DTP work chosen
– You will receive instructions and exact dimensions of the canvases for your chosen setup.
– With this information you can create your own image files.
– You will deliver the files to us … days before the fair
-We will do a basic check on the supplied files (if not good we will contact you)
– We will print the canvases and prepare them for delivery to the box
DTP-work service chosen
– we contact you to take stock of what message you want on the canvases
– You supply images of; logo and products to
– you supply house style information (colors, fonts etc.)
– We make a design for the canvases, based on supplied files and information
– 1 review round with comments on the design is included in the standard price
– If necessary, we provide an updated design
– After your approval, we will start printing the canvases and prepare them for delivery to the box
4. Box retrieval
Delivery and pick-up service chosen
– We bring the box to your office or fair location at the agreed time (in case of fair location you have to take into account possible construction time slot issued by the fair organization
– Deposit day before delivery to be transferred or reservation on Credit Card Self collection
– Cart weight
– Trailer weight (driving license B)
– Pick-up location (Andelst)
– Deposit payment
5. Stand building

7. Stand winding down
The construction instructions also include how best to dismantle the stand and how to put it back in the cart.
You may bring the cloths yourself, if you leave them in the cart we will throw them away
8. Cart / Box return
With Bring and Get Service, we will pick up the cart again at the appointed time.
Otherwise, return the trailer with cart at agreed time.
We check the contents of the cart and see if there is any damage, if all is well you will get your deposit back
